Thanks, Kayes & Retired Falcon for the info. At least now I can place where P.R. is. Durians are available here in California but they are from Thailand. The fresh ones, as opposed to frozen, are selling at about US$5.00 a pound. I think the Malaysian durians taste better. I wonder why Malaysia is not exporting durians to the US. Is it because she is not cultivating enough for domestic consumption? Well, maybe this posting will spark off some entrepreneur to consider shipping some over here.
