Rendang is more like dry curry. The taste still hot and spicy!

I received an email from Shirley Liu asking about this "Beef Rendang". Because of you check in at Legend Inn on Friday, dont missed the chance to visit "Pasar Tani (farmer market) on Saturday morning just slightly left opposite the Legend Inn. At here you can buy a various "Rendang" meat and chicken. Not only that you also can buy "Serunding". This "Serunding" made either from steamed meat, chicken or fish and later being tearing off by hand to small tiny pieces and fried again to make it hot and spicy.

You can also try "Acar Buah Limau" some savour mixed fruits (lemon, date, cherry, prune and some time raw mango). The taste are savour and sweet.

Or you can try 'Dodol", Savoury Glutinous Rice and cooked with a lot of fine sugar and coconut milk. "Dodol" must cooked until a few hours till its become sticky!
