yeah, it is Tai Chien. the popiah used to be the trademark for tpg. but i heard that the owner of the coffeeshop increased the rental for the individual stalls causing them to cease their business. thus, the owner took over all the stalls but the quality of the food ... ermm.. thumbs down. however, the same stall that sells popiah there seems to have another 'branch' at the Soya Bean REstaurant located at Theatre Road. not sure if it is exist.
