I believe it is still a mess for officers. The house on the right is almost a duplicate of the house Gurmukh and I lived in (on Main Road near the All Saints Church) before 1941, and which was bombed by the Japs. The roof had an attap top as well! Some shots of the old Upper Museum Rd and Jalan Padang semi-detatched Govt.Qrs., should make interesting viewing. Best Wishes, Thomas
