I remember one hari raya nite way back in 1987, a whole bunch of friends from Form 6 went to this cemetary to play with firecrackers and were caught by the police!! It was a scary time for us then but now when I think abt it, it was so funny!

Congratulations to all concerned in keeping the Commonwealth War Cemetery in such beautiful condition. When ever I visit Taiping, I always make sure to visit there.
